KM Classification Manager offers a quick and easy way of reviewing,
classifying glasses and managing user defined signatures. Mouse clicking
on the wafer and assigning it to a signature from the available list. An accurate wafer level, yield loss pareto can be easily generated
any time, focusing you on the main yield detractors

KM Collection Manager provides an simple user interface to initiate,
collect and manage the data and knowledge as information builds about
a Collection. Be it a Yield detractor signature or an experimental
trail, the user just adds a comment and attaches the relevant files
to the Knowledge Management database.
The information can then be recalled using the advanced search
fields, or edited again as more data becomes available. Therefore
the knowledge is retained in house for the future.

KM Collection Manager takes the burden out of tracking and gathering
information on your Collection of lots.
The user defines checkpoints and analysis requirements in advance. Then once the point is triggered the TYNE EDA system generates the
required analysis.
Additionally the system will automatically notify a Collection
Owner should it be contaminated by another signature. Ideal for
replacing lost experimental lots in a timely fashion before any
delay to a project.

and get various database fields displayed, providing an overview of
the various Collections and their status.
The display can be used to run and track signatures in Problem
